Marcelo Otero es diseñador, ilustrador y realizador cinematográfico, miembro activo de la Asociación de Dibujantes de Argentina (ADA) y coordinador de la Comisión de Inteligencia Artificial. Sus ilustraciones son reconocidas en el mercado editorial y publicitario, además es responsable del arte de las bandas “Los Piojos” y “Ciro y los Persas”  Es profesor titular de la Universidad de Palermo y ha dictado conferencias sobre el impacto de las nuevas tecnologías en la ilustración, representando a la ADA ante el Foro Internacional de Autores, la Organización Mundial de la Propiedad Intelectual como así también en universidades de nuestro país y Latinoamérica. 

Felene M. Cayetano is a Belizean, Garifuna, Librarian, mother, visual and literary storyteller. She has a bachelor’s degree in English and a master’s degree in Information and Library Science. She currently serves within the Belize National Library Service and Information System as Principal Librarian, Institutional Development. She has published or produced three collections of poetry, an anthology of short fiction by Belizean authors and two short films. Ms. Cayetano’s work has also been published in Caribbean and Latin American literary and academic publications.

Hannele Mikaela Taivassalo (1974) writes mainly prose, but also children's literature, poetry and drama. Born and lives in Finland, writes in her mother tongue Swedish. Her latest book, InSanatorium, was published in January 2026. She has been awarded the Runeberg Prize in 2008, a national literary award in Finland, for her novel Fem knivar hade Andrej Krapl, and the State Prize for Literature in 2024. She teaches Creative Writing and works with performance and film. In 2020 Taivassalo was elected President of The Society of Swedish Author’s in Finland, a role she has been active in for the last six years – until the end of this March 2026, after that she is back writing plays and prose full time.

Helen Epega, also known as The Venus Bushfires, is a British-Nigerian composer, writer, performer and inventor whose work bridges music, storytelling, access and multisensory innovation. She is the creator of Song Queen: A Pidgin Opera, the world’s first opera in Pidgin English.

Through her international expressive arts initiative Just A Day and her synaesthetic perspective, she developed the Access as Creative Core™ methodology and HiQuu®, a patent-pending multisensory infrastructure that translates live, digital and public environments into real-time sensory cues, enabling audiences with different perceptual experiences to engage with the same moment in different sensory pathways.

Helen’s wider practice spans opera, immersive performance, AI, research, education and public engagement, with collaborations and research activity involving organisations including London College of Fashion, Brunel University and Tête à Tête: The Opera Festival.

John Degen is a poet and novelist with four published books and work in several anthologies. His debut novel, The Uninvited Guest, was shortlisted for the 2006 Amazon.ca First Novel Award. His essays and opinions have appeared in Publishers Weekly, The Globe and Mail, The Toronto Star, The Hill Times, Canadian Notes and Queries, THIS Magazine, and the Literary Review of Canada. He has served on boards and advisories in the literary and arts sector, including as Chair of the Book & Periodical Council, THIS Magazine and the Canadian Creators’ Coalition. He holds a Masters Degree in Literature from the University of Toronto. Degen has worked on behalf of authors for twenty years. He is CEO of The Writers’ Union of Canada (TWUC) and Chair of the International Authors Forum (IAF) in the UK. His latest novel is Seldom Seen Road (Latitude 46 Publishing, May 2026). He lives, works, and swims on the north shore of Lake Huron.

Nació en 1972, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Es profesor de Pintura egresado de Bellas Artes, esto le permitió manejar muchas técnicas y disfrutar su trabajo en la diversidad y la experimentación. Después de pasar por la publicidad, la animación y las historietas a partir del año 2001 se ha dedicado específicamente a la ilustración publicando numerosos libros infantiles y juveniles para Argentina. México, España, Inglaterra, Bélgica, Francia, Taiwán, Dinamarca y Estados Unidos son otros países donde ha sido publicado y reconocido con premios y menciones.

Algunos de sus libros se han traducido al Alemán, Coreano, Serbio, Griego, Francés e Italiano.  Colaboró con las revistas infantiles "Billiken", “Jardín” y “Genios”, fue co-director de arte y colaborador de la revista infantil “Bonsai” de Editorial Orsai. Ha sido miembro activo de ADA (Asociación de Dibujantes de Argentina) desde el 2003, Vicepresidente en el 2019 y Presidente en el 2021.

Serena Barone is a multilingual specialist in international cultural relations and policy advocacy within the creative industries. As part of the International Authors Forum (IAF) Secretariat, she works to advance authors’ rights and strengthen the representation of authors in global discussions, including at international copyright forums.

Serena develops partnerships with international organisations and creative sector stakeholders, leads communications initiatives, and supports advocacy efforts for authors worldwide.

She holds Master’s degrees in Geopolitics from King’s College London and in Linguistic Sciences for International Cooperation from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. Fluent in five languages, she brings together cultural insight, policy expertise, and international experience to promote the recognition and protection of creators’ rights.
